bilroth i and ii
from ohcm-the pleasure of the physician is little (yup,10-15% la, unless dpt cuti 2 hari every week due to the excess supply of doc), the gratitude of patients is rare (indeed, kena maki dgn saman lg ada la..), and even rarer is material reward (aku jual nasi lemak ayam berempah lg byk duit), but these things will never deter the student who feels the call within him. (insert smiley face) thanks bilroth for stopping me goin into mdd in dis xm week..hope ur grandkids can come out with bilroth iii..ow, we got roux-en-y alredi ye?

wah, malas study.
gila aa acute exacerbation of malas study. time2 camni aa tu..now tgh lyn jiwang. manga jiwang, lagu jiwang..n who's the best person to belt out jiwang songs other than UNGU!..
aaa, miss me mom soo much, i noe i sound like a crybaby but i really want to b one rite now..bwahhhh!
wan2 upload some pics in fb but due to the privacy issue dat fb has so i deicded to cancel it. but here's a pic dat i really treasure. dis is from my stolen sony hp.
i thnk dis was taken when i was in 3rd yer n depa still dok kat apartmen. aa, miss dem both..the naughtiest kids u'll ever meet but..big smile..wish id spent more time with them..kalau aku sek ren lg kn bes.....wish the wormhole theory is practical enuff so dat dimensions can be connected n time travel is possible..

yeah, u think u know so much now but the moment u step in2 the exam hall, everything goes blank...totally..
i'm just afraid of the long case in a sense that when u take time to think they think u r unsure or dunno anything. so, to be confident is to try answer as fast n precise as you could, with the ability to blurt non-stop 4 30 sec will impose a significant impression to the examiners.
but many times it happened b4 when i tried this tactic, i'd end up looking stupider than i appear..then, i start to dig my hole..
so, the question is, whts the time limit u have to think. before u appear to be stupid? i say 10 sec is too long.. around 2-3 sec. with 5 sec max..
if u get an easy case, then this is achivable. but, if u get a hard case, say, ITP or some other rare cases that u never seen in the ward but suddenly they appear in the exam, thank god, like MM or MS or M.Night Syamalan syndrome..then, u'll go like..hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran down the clock, fuck fuckety fuck..
so, i think wht i'm gonna do is give 2-5 minutes to the patient to tell everything he wants to tell. then, shoot him with close-ended yes/no answers to the end (5 minutes). then, quickly do vitals n gen (5min icl BP), specific systems (5 min), other systems (5 minutes)=25-30 minutes. the next 30 minutes will be arraging the hx, p/e, do a nice summary, give min 3 Dd, do ix with blood, imaging, special, then mx non-pharm/pharm/sx. 20 min. then 5 min to rite aetiology/patho/risk factor/complication/prog of prov Dd. there, 1 hour in total.
b4 dis in exam, i'm very nice to the patient, clerking like 40 min with rapport building+empathy thn, realize, shyte, i havent examine the eye/pregnant stomach/MSE.
ipman/ipman2 had thought me dat sometimes being the nice guy just don't work.

well, good morning..
stupid arses..lost 2-1, bloodyhell, wasting my precious final exam time..as if this is not a waste of time..well, i'm soo bloody bored dat i could every hour u noe..goal.com is having their having player of the season, so, i think i might do so as well..
AC Milan- Ronaldinho. a season of nothing to talk bout milan cept when beckham came then broke his foot, jongang did his best to rediscover his form, albeit not the same as during his height, no one can blame him though. if i got loads of money n no purpose in life, i would enjoy me money parteeing n lavishing n install some braces. so, don't blame dunga if he doesn't go to Wc2010.
Valencia-David Villa. their best player 4 two season alredi. come to arsenal la wei. pi barca wat pe. bodo la wenger xnk beli dulu.
